Refund & Return Policy

At MegaCart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
